The Bunion Relief operates from Gdynia, Poland, and works with international fulfillment partners.

For UK customers, orders are typically shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment facility to the United Kingdom.

 

🇬🇧 UK VAT, Customs & Import Information

As we ship internationally to the United Kingdom, the following rules apply:

Orders Valued at £135 or Less

  • In accordance with UK VAT regulations, VAT is collected at checkout and remitted to HMRC where required.

  • No additional VAT should be payable upon delivery.

Orders Above £135

  • Import VAT and customs duties may be payable upon entry into the UK.

  • These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to customs clearance procedures.

Why Did Only Part of My Order Arrive?

Some orders may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centres to ensure faster delivery.

If you receive one parcel first, your remaining items may still be in transit.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

The Bunion Relief is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
